This policy explains what Stay West Tampa (operated by Luxe Shine Solutions LLC, “we”) collects when you use staywesttampa.com, and why.

What we collect

• Booking details: your name, email, the stay you booked, dates, guest count and the amounts paid. We need these to host you and to meet Florida tax and lodging rules.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the payment step.
• Guest offers list: if you opt in during your stay, your name, email, the date and method of consent, and the unit you stayed in. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
• Technical logs: our server records standard request logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site working. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.

How long we keep it

Booking and tax records are kept for the period Florida law requires. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a record that you did.

Who sees it

Stripe (payments), our email provider (confirmations and, if you opted in, offers), and our cleaning team for the dates and unit of your stay only. No one else, unless the law requires it.

Cameras

Each home has an exterior security camera covering the entrance. There are no cameras indoors.
