Booking terms

These terms apply to every booking made on staywesttampa.com. The host and merchant of record is Luxe Shine Solutions LLC, 8105 Sheldon Shores Dr, Tampa, FL 33615.

Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed when payment is completed on the Stripe checkout page and you receive our confirmation email.
• The total shown before payment includes the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and Florida state and Hillsborough County lodging taxes. There are no other fees.
• Prices are in US dollars.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund inside 7 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Early departures are not refunded.

Your stay

• Check-in from 3:00 PM; checkout by 11:00 AM. Self check-in instructions arrive by email before arrival.
• Maximum occupancy is the guest count listed for the unit. No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Quiet after 10 PM.
• You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear caused by you or your guests. We will document it and contact you before charging the card on file.
• We may cancel a stay and refund it in full if the home becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control (storm damage, utility failure). We will say so as early as we can.

Liability

Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where Florida law does not allow that limit.
